Privacy & Terms
This page is maintained by Azuni World to answer common privacy and terms questions about URConqueror. It is not legal advice, and it does not certify or guarantee compliance with any specific framework.
Last updated: 12 July 2026
1. Who operates this site
URConqueror is operated by Azuni World. For privacy, terms, or security questions, contact hello@azuni.world.
2. What data we collect
We only collect data you actively provide or that is necessary to keep the site running:
- Assessment submissions: when you take The Continuum Assessment, we collect your email address and your self-reported scores. This lets us generate and send your result.
- Newsletter opt-ins: if you join the Inner Circle, we collect your first name and email address through our email service provider.
- Technical data: our hosting platform may process standard server information (such as IP address, browser type, and page requests) to deliver the site securely and reliably.
3. How we use your data
We use your data for the specific purpose you gave it to us:
- To calculate, display, and email your assessment results.
- To send newsletters and updates you signed up for.
- To keep the site secure, functional, and available.
- To respond to your questions or exercise requests sent to hello@azuni.world.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for automated profiling or decisions that have legal effects on you.
4. Legal basis for processing
Azuni World is based in the UK. We process personal data in line with UK data protection law. The legal basis for most processing is your consent (for example, entering your email and submitting the assessment) or our legitimate interest in running and securing the site.
5. Cookies and analytics
We do not currently run analytics or marketing cookies. Essential cookies or similar technologies may be used by our hosting platform where necessary for site operation and security.
6. Subprocessors and integrations
We use a small number of service providers to host and operate the site. These are the current integrations:
- Lovable — provides the application hosting and deployment platform. This is a platform service, not a certification or guarantee of security.
- Supabase — provides the backend database where assessment submissions are stored.
- ConvertKit / Kit — provides the email newsletter service when the Inner Circle opt-in is active.
Each provider has its own privacy and security practices. We choose providers that fit the level of sensitivity of the data we hold, and we limit what we share to what is necessary.
7. Data retention and deletion
We keep your personal data only as long as we have a reason to keep it. Assessment data and newsletter subscriptions are retained until you ask us to delete them or until they are no longer needed for the original purpose. If you want your data removed, email hello@azuni.world and we will action your request as soon as we can.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have rights including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@azuni.world.
9. Security and access
We use industry-standard practices to protect the site and the data we hold. Access to assessment data is restricted to backend server functions and is not exposed through public data APIs. No system is completely immune to risk, so if you discover a security issue, please report it to hello@azuni.world rather than sharing it publicly.
10. Terms of use
By using URConqueror, you agree to these terms. Use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access data that is not yours, or misuse any feature. The content, branding, and materials on this site are owned by Azuni World and Mark Weeks and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
11. Limitations
The assessment, essays, and other content on this site are for self-reflection and educational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). We provide the site “as is” and are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using it, except where the law does not allow us to limit liability.
12. Governing law
These terms and any dispute related to them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any legal proceedings will be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to this page
We may update this page as the site or our practices change. The latest version will always be here at /legal. Significant changes will be reflected in the last-updated date at the top of the page.
